Our thin and crunchy pizza, a bit bigger than the dish, is what made us famous, just like the cooking in a brick oven, the light and well-finished dough, the two tastes pizza and the preparation in different stages.
The best feedstocks on every preparation. Even though pizza is considered as a "poor" food, we select and use refined ingredients.

Comes from the selection of the best thighs, only 1 out of 4,
boned by hand, massage up to 72 hours,
